Terms of Business for Bakes Club

1. Ordering and Payment:
Order Placement: Orders can be placed in-store, via our website, or by phone. We recommend placing custom cake orders at least 7 days in advance.
Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering for all standard cakes and cupcakes. Custom cake orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of ordering, with the remaining balance due upon pickup or delivery.
2. Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations: Custom cake orders can be canceled up to 7 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date. After this period, the deposit is non-refundable.
Refunds: We are unable to provide refunds for cakes or cupcakes once they have been delivered or picked up unless there is a quality issue or error on our part.
3. Custom Orders:
Design: Custom cake designs are subject to availability and artistic interpretation. While we strive to match the design as closely as possible to your request, slight variations may occur.
Ingredients: Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing a custom order. While we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are allergen-free.
4. Delivery:
Delivery Charges: Delivery is available for an additional fee. Delivery charges vary based on the location and delivery time.
Delivery Time: We will make every effort to deliver your order at the specified time. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather.
5. Quality Assurance:
Quality Guarantee: We take pride in the quality of our cakes and cupcakes. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 2 hours of pickup or delivery to discuss your concerns.
6. Copyright and Image Use:
Copyright: All cake designs and images displayed on our website and in-store are the intellectual property of Bakes Club and may not be reproduced without our written consent.
